The JB curriculum is comprised of 8 specific formats.  These formats are scheduled for you in a specific order during each week of training to ensure growth in cardiovascular capacity, muscular development with an emphasis on accessory muscles (the nooks and crannies), and mobility.  We currently offer 6 of these 8 formats in the digital studio (*), while all 8 formats are offered in live group classes.
