Small group training (JB lab)
JB lab classes are held Monday-Friday and are small group training only. The JB lab is a concierge fitness service, offering each of our formats on a weekly, rotating schedule. The JB lab is perfect for those who wish for a personalized, results-driven approach to group training that includes variety and consistency. All equipment is provided for you, as well as cold towel and shower service. All classes in the JB lab utilize state of the art JB customized Fit Benches that include 6 sets of dumbbells, a slam ball, 2 kettlebells, 3 levels of resistance bands with ankle attachments, gliders, mini - weights, a resistance ring, and a partridge in a pear tree. Each JB lab member has their own fully loaded unit. We offer JB lab memberships that provide 4 classes/month, 8 classes/month, and unlimited classes per month on a recurring subscription basis. Single classes may also be purchased.
