This page is for booking Monday - Friday small group training in the JB lab, the production studio where the JB digital studio is filmed. To book a JB city fit session (large group outdoor workout), click here.
All small group training classes have a maximum capacity of 4 participants. Expect lots of 1-on-1 attention, energy, and pace of a live class in these sessions. Sessions are structured Monday-Friday in a split level custom schedule that is results driven. Book as many or as few sessions as you'd like. For consistency, we strongly recommend booking a minimum of 3 sessions per week.
Due to high demand for these sessions, classes can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Please read the cancellation policy carefully when booking.
With COVID-19 in mind, we've created a custom JB FitBench* that includes 6 sets of dumbbells, a slam ball, 2 kettlebells, 3 levels of resistance bands with ankle attachments, gliders, mini - weights, a resistance ring, and a partridge in a pear tree. Seriously, this thing has it all. Each participant in the JB lab will have their own fully loaded unit in order to minimize the risk of cross - contamination. Plus, this thing is the Cadillac of fitness equipment. We can't wait to take these babies for a drive. The only item we need you to bring to the JB lab is a pair of ankle/wrist weights that can be used for both the Clocked and Cheeky formats.
