JB lab classes are extremely limited, and unfortunately we know that demand outweighs the number of memberships we can take at this time. Therefore, we recommend browsing through the booking calendar to ensure that there is current availability for your desired class times and schedule. Before purchasing a plan, please visit our booking calendar for the lab and check availabilities 2-3 weeks from today's date. If the calendar is open for the dates and times you are most interested in, you are good to go in purchasing a plan. If classes are full 2-3 weeks out, please reach out to us and we will gather more information from you to help you make the best decision for you. We've created a custom JB FitBench that includes 6 sets of dumbbells, a slam ball, 2 kettlebells, 3 levels of resistance bands with ankle attachments, gliders, mini - weights, a resistance ring, and a partridge in a pear tree. Seriously, this thing has it all. Each participant in the JB lab will have their own fully loaded unit. The only item we need you to bring to the JB lab is a pair of ankle/wrist weights that can be used for both the Clocked and Cheeky formats.
